I have a Joyjoo Coupon Code where do I enter the Coupon code?

Your coupon code can be entered in the shopping cart by clicking here. Once the code is entered you will see the discount for the Joyjoo coupon code automatically applied to the total.

 

Do you ship worldwide? When will I get my package?

In theory yes. After you confirm the order and shipping address, the system will run out the shipping time and cost before you pay.

 

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, our system will send you the tracking number and courier information via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Since every order is specially produced, we do not support cancellation once the visual proof is provided, however, you can still cancel the order before we provide the visual proof.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us harris.huang@joyjoo.com to make changes to your shipping address if your order has not already been shipped.

If it has been shipped already, we cannot change the shipping address.

 

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased gifts unless defective.  

 

What if an item is defective?

All of our products passed strict quality inspection before shipping out, however, in case of any defective, we provide replacement service. Just contact us and show all the original proofs and you will get a satisfying reply.
